Having used yoga as part of his training plan for the Sydney marathon in 2014, Alistair saw how complimentary yoga could be in maintaining strength and flexibility and in pursuing his passion for winter sports, trail running and ultra distance events. He qualified as a yoga teacher in 2015 (200 hour RYT) and has been teaching ever since, focussing on helping mountains sports and running enthusiasts in the Chamonix valley. Al has spent some serious time in the hills over the years. His love of adventure has taken him all over, from Australia to Austria, exploring all that our wonderful world has to offer.
